Description

You will lead enterprise-wide controller duties and manage all financial operations for a multi-site manufacturing organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process, including consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Manage the annual budget process and quarterly forecast updates.
• Ensure compliance with company loan covenants and credit agreement requirements.
• Partner with the CFO to maintain internal control structures and safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to sales, operations, and other departments to guide decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience in multi-site, global manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing credit agreements and lender compliance reporting.
• Background managing leveraged companies and working capital optimization.
• Experience in mid-market companies with annual revenues under $200m.
• Ability to present financial results and communicate effectively at the Board level.
• Proficiency using technology solutions such as Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-site organizational structures.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification.
• Experience with private equity-owned companies or successful private equity exits.
