Description

Manage and optimize AVEVA/Wonderware ArchestrA Control Systems and MES applications in a Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ArchestrA Control Systems and MES applications.
• Modify or create Microsoft Visual Studio C# applications and implement AVEVA Operations, Performance, and Quality MES modules.
• Integrate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) using AVEVA Business Process Management software.
• Manage data accessibility via AVEVA BI Gateway and Rockwell PLCs.
• Build and maintain Power BI infrastructure, migrating existing reports from SSRS and Tableau while collaborating on complex DAX calculations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Controls & Automation Engineering, specifically in Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods.
• Expertise in Ladder Logic Programming with Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix).
• Advanced HMI development experience with Wonderware (AVEVA) ArchestrA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and C#.
• Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL database systems, and SSRS.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Ability to develop Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AVEVA MES and .NET programming.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and Tableau.
