Job Title:              Recruitment/Selection Specialist

Duration:             07 Months Contract

Location:              Summit, NJ

Description:

The North America Talent Access Partner will be responsible for total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate / pipeline management.

You will be responsible for maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for North America.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
  • Create and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels, such as social media, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to business and HR leaders on talent requirements and drive effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies for client's talent priorities
  • Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics.
  • Collaborate and influence other HR and functional partners to ensure the necessary talent is attracted for today and tomorrow
  • Identify sourcing channels, leverage social branding and networking to achieve immediate and long-term talent strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience with full lifecycle recruitment
  • Validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required.
  • Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
  • Preferred background in corporate environment or in recruiting professionals in either a retained search firm, agency, or corporation.
  • Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is required; experience with Workday Recruit or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing metrics regularly to assess and maintain performance is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers are required.

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a competitive market
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Willingness to recruit full lifecycle across all functions and levels within a heavily matrixed environment required.
  • Possess a global talent perspective.
  • Knowledge of ground-breaking technologies that impact the recruiting industry and their implications in the business and talent landscape is required.
  • Excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes are preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing, and sourcing strategies preferred.
