Description

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for North America, from sourcing and screening to pipeline management and candidate selection.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for North America.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and guide selection best practices.
• Maintain data integrity and adherence to success metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Leverage social media, job boards, and networking to build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.
• Advise business and HR leaders on talent requirements and drive efficient acquisition strategies.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday Recruit.
• Strong command of social recruiting tools like LinkedIn and job boards.
• Ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in corporate environments, retained search firms, or agencies.
• Experience utilizing metrics to assess and maintain performance.
• Knowledge of HR practices including employment law and global mobility.
