Description

Provide cost estimating and analysis support to the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex economic analysis to evaluate alternative costs, investment risks, and functional baseline changes.
• Develop and defend cost estimates for programs using Agile development structures.
• Produce documentation for program cost impacts, including CARD or CARD-like documents.
• Track and analyze Earned Value Management (EVM) results for leadership.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in cost estimating and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with IGCEs.
• Proficiency with COCOMO.
• Knowledge of DoDI 5000.75 and DoDI 5000.87.
• Ability to defend analyses to higher Army HQ, such as DASA-CE and CAPE.
• Experience with cost/performance tradeoff studies and cost realism recommendations.
• Capability to develop WBS and ROI analyses.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
