Description

Perform complex data mining and statistical analysis to support federal government contract operations. You will lead technical monitoring and delivery of monthly contract reports and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex data mining, statistical analysis, trend analysis, and causal analysis.
• Lead technical monitoring and delivery of monthly contract reports and deliverables.
• Integrate multiple disciplines within an operations research team to translate methods for operational managers.
• Distill structured and unstructured data into cohesive analytical products for contracting functional audiences.
• Develop and update training materials covering analytic tools, procedures, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in R or Python.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Experience with statistics, data visualization, and data cleaning/preparation.
• Experience advising senior DoD decision makers on operations research methodologies and results.
• Hands-on experience with Logistics Management Program, Vantage, and Virtual Contracting Enterprise.
• Experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBBS) and SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence Reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Army contract writing systems including PD2 and PADDS.
