Description

You will manage project cost monitoring and vendor invoice reconciliation for our White Plains, NY team.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices to ensure proper accounting coding and accuracy.
• Monitor project costs against schedules, yearly budgets, and year-to-date estimates.
• Verify requisition requests against established budgets to prevent overspending.
• Perform forecasting and PCC (Project Cost Control) monitoring.
• Update the UOPP website with current cost data and project statuses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cost analysis or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with cost data management and large datasets.
• Proven experience performing account reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
