Description

Lead country-level operations in the Dominican Republic, managing departments to meet revenue, cash, and quality targets. You will own the local P&L, oversee daily execution, and align team performance with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all local departments to ensure operational efficiency and target achievement.
• Develop detailed annual business operating plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit targets.
• Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly business performance reports to track progress against KPIs.
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and train staff while resolving conflicts and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with upper management to align local operations with the broader company vision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in management or operations.
• Proven leadership skills to manage employees, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
• Strong math and budgeting skills to maintain financial oversight and track company spend.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and solve complex operational problems.
• Advanced time management skills to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Workday for HR and operational management.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Any graduate degree.
