Description

Lead country-level operations in the Dominican Republic, owning the local P&L and managing departments to meet revenue, cash, and quality targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business operating plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit targets.
• Produce and analyze performance reports to track progress against KPIs and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage staff, resolving conflicts and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with upper management to align local operations with broader company vision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in management or operations.
• Proven leadership skills to manage employees and make difficult decisions.
• Advanced time management to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency with Workday for HR and operational management.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong math and budgeting skills for financial oversight.
• Any graduate degree.
