Description

You will support users and suppliers across Source to Contract and Procure to Pay processes within Coupa, managing the Risk Assess Module and overseeing enterprise-level application integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Coupa Risk Assess Module and oversee enterprise-level application integrations.
• Assess integration issues and coordinate with upstream or downstream stakeholders to ensure timely fixes.
• Liaise with the Coupa product team to drive resolution for customer issues.
• Streamline system and process documentation and provide management with metrics and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Coupa Application Support or a similar role.
• End-to-end Coupa application experience including two full implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the Coupa Risk Assess Module.
• Proficiency in Source to Contract and Procure to Pay systems.
• Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Proven ability to manage reporting and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Experience working within an MNC environment.
