Description

You will configure and maintain Coupa modules for procurement, invoicing, and supplier information management. You will own the integration between Coupa and ERP systems including Oracle Fusion, SAP, and Workday. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage releases, and support UAT activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Coupa modules for Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Information Management.
• Manage approval workflows, business rules, validations, and user access controls.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support monthly patches and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to translate requirements into technical configurations.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Coupa platform development, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Proficiency in configuring approval workflows, business rules, and validations.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for system integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, SAP, and Workday environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Skills in data validation, reporting, and regression testing.
