Description

You will manage the configuration, administration, and strategic adoption of the Coupa platform across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure Coupa objects including user roles, approval chains, forms, reports, and master data.
• Lead supplier enablement and onboarding using cXML and the Coupa Supplier Portal.
• Manage and update Hosted Catalogs within the system.
• Coordinate with IT and business groups to troubleshoot or enhance integrations with SAP.
• Execute testing for new system implementations and scheduled regression testing for releases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Coupa Analyst or Administrator.
• Expertise in Coupa cXML integration configurations.
• Proficiency in catalog management and supplier onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and user administration.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration requirements.
• Proven experience managing projects and working cross-functionally.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Background in the construction industry.
• Coupa certification.
