Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end Coupa support, addressing user issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of Coupa features and integrations.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose process or system improvements.
• Monitor system performance, workflows, and data accuracy to ensure optimal usage.
• Stay updated with Coupa releases and new functionalities to leverage enhancements for business benefit.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for escalations and system maintenance.

Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of Coupa platform (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, or Expenses modules).
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, P2P processes, or other procurement systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Basic understanding of finance or procurement operations preferred.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
