Description

You will provide end-to-end support for the Coupa platform, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and optimizing procurement processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot errors and address user issues within the Coupa platform.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Configure, test, and deploy Coupa features and integrations.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve adoption.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose system or process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of the Coupa platform (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, or Expenses modules).
• 5+ years of experience in a support role.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, P2P processes, or other procurement systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Coupa and Support functions.
• Familiarity with P2P processes.
