Description

You will provide end-to-end support for the Coupa platform.

Responsibilities

  • Address user issues and troubleshoot errors within Coupa, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
  • Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying Coupa features and integrations.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Analyze recurring issues and propose system or process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of the Coupa platform (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, or Expenses modules).
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba, P2P processes, or other procurement systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in a support role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Coupa and Support functions.
  • Familiarity with P2P processes.
