You will provide end-to-end support for the Coupa platform.
Responsibilities
- Address user issues and troubleshoot errors within Coupa, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying Coupa features and integrations.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Analyze recurring issues and propose system or process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of the Coupa platform (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, or Expenses modules).
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, P2P processes, or other procurement systems.
- 5+ years of experience in a support role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of Coupa and Support functions.
- Familiarity with P2P processes.
