Role: Coupa Technical Architect
📍 Location: Remote (USA)
📄 Employment Type: Contract

Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Coupa Platform Administration/Technical Architecture
Experience working in Life Sciences or another regulated environment (Required)

Required Skills:
✅ Coupa Certification (Mandatory) – Coupa Certified Technical Architect or Implementation Specialist
✅ Strong integration expertise with API, SFTP, and cXML
✅ Experience integrating Coupa with NetSuite, Concur, and Celigo (Preferred)
✅ Strong L2/L3 Enterprise Application Support experience
✅ Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Coupa integrations using API, SFTP, and cXML
Integrate Coupa with NetSuite, Concur, and Celigo
Manage approval workflows, PO templates, and contract templates
Administer multi-environment Coupa tenants (Sandbox & Production)
Coordinate Coupa's three annual release upgrades
Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot production issues
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Legal teams
Ensure compliance within a regulated Life Sciences environment
