Description

Design, administer, and support Coupa integrations and platform architecture for a regulated Life Sciences environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Coupa integrations using API, SFTP, and cXML protocols.
• Manage multi-environment Coupa tenants including Sandbox and Production.
• Administer approval workflows, PO templates, and contract templates.
• Coordinate Coupa's three annual release upgrades and provide L2/L3 application support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Legal teams to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Coupa Platform Administration or Technical Architecture.
• Valid Coupa Certification (Certified Technical Architect or Implementation Specialist).
• Proven experience working in Life Sciences or another regulated environment.
• Strong integration expertise with API, SFTP, and cXML.
• Experience integrating Coupa with NetSuite, Concur, and Celigo.
• Strong L2/L3 Enterprise Application Support and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
