Description

Design and maintain Coupa integrations with NetSuite, Concur, and Celigo while managing tenant lifecycle and application support in a regulated Life Sciences environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Coupa integrations using API, SFTP, and cXML protocols with NetSuite, Concur, and Celigo.
• Manage approval workflows, purchase order templates, and contract templates.
• Oversee multi-environment tenant management including Sandbox and Production instances.
• Coordinate Coupa release upgrades occurring three times annually and deliver L2/L3 application support.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Legal stakeholders to ensure compliance within a regulated Life Sciences environment.

Required Skills

• Coupa Certified Technical Architect or Implementation Specialist certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 8+ years of enterprise application experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in Coupa platform administration or technical architecture.
• Strong integration expertise with API, SFTP, and cXML.
• Experience with NetSuite, Concur, and Celigo.
• L2/L3 Enterprise Application Support background with strong client-facing communication skills.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences or other regulated environments.
