Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical execution for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, translate, and document requirements through direct collaboration with business teams.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria while managing backlog grooming sessions.
• Lead user testing, planning, and execution phases.
• Drive Agile modeling sessions, sprint demos, and gap analysis.
• Ensure all processes comply with SOX, business controls, and IT general controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a CPQ Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SFDC CPQ Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the Opportunity-to-Invoice process.
• Deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes using SFDC and NetSuite.
• Proficiency with the Salesforce platform and NetSuite.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, identify dependencies, and manage escalations.
• Experience collaborating with regional/global stakeholders, developers, and architects.
