Description

Implement CPQ systems for telecommunications service providers to automate quoting for complex service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Configure CPQ solutions to support telecom products like Dark Fiber, DIA, Colocation, and Managed Network Services.
• Analyze customer requirements regarding bandwidth, SLAs, and performance to ensure accurate quote generation.
• Evaluate pricing models, partnership capabilities, and integration touchpoints.
• Write business test cases to validate configured CPQ system functionality.
• Analyze historical quote data to identify trends and variations in customer requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technical or product-related role within the telecommunications industry.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Telecom products including Dark Fiber, DIA, and Managed Network Services.
• Experience configuring CPQ solutions for telecom service providers.
• Understanding of integration between CPQ, CRM, and billing systems.
• Ability to analyze pricing, OLAs, and partnership integration requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex service configurations.
• Experience translating customer technical needs into system configurations.
