Drive assessment, benchmarking, and integration of new server systems and architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead profiling, debugging, and integration of new server architectures.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks across CPU, GPU, storage, and memory subsystems.
• Optimize hardware utilization, cost, and performance for diverse application stacks.
• Drive technical changes and make informed decisions independently.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in performance engineering with hands-on server system experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of CPU microarchitecture, storage, memory, and GPU technologies.
• Proficiency with Linux perf, flamegraph, and eBPF.
• Experience with synthetic benchmarking suites including specCPU2017, specJBB, and MLperf.
• Strong knowledge of the Linux kernel and compilers.
• Experience with container environments including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Working knowledge of Java, Golang, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application-specific benchmarks for databases, event streaming, and Golang.
