Description

You will support enhancements and defect resolutions for application development and maintenance operations using the Cúram Business Application Suite across Global and Medicaid program areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
• Execute functional and detailed design, code development, and full life cycle management for Medicaid program features.
• Perform business and workflow process modeling and business reengineering using Cúram.
• Act as the onsite point of contact for development-related questions and technical issues.
• Work closely with Product Owners on design and development issues in a senior technical capacity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Cúram Developer, including the full life cycle from requirements through functional design and testing.
• Cúram V6 (or higher) Certified Developer status.
• 5+ years of experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
• 5+ years of experience with Cúram Eligibility determination, Dynamic Evidences, Cúram Decision Assist, and Batch framework.
• 5+ years of technical knowledge in Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
• 5+ years of experience with Eclipse, IBM WebSphere, HTML, CSS, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL).
• 5+ years of experience developing User Interfaces using React.js.
• 5+ years of experience using MS Office, Visio, and JIRA for technical documentation.
• Proven experience in social enterprise management.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with government IT functions.
• 3+ years of experience with Modeling, Customization, Dynamic UIMs, and VIMs.
