Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for Medicaid and Global program features within the Cúram Business Application Suite, from requirements gathering to release.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
• Execute functional and detailed design, code development, and full life cycle management.
• Perform business and workflow process modeling and business reengineering using Cúram.
• Act as the onsite technical point of contact for development-related questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on design and development in a senior technical capacity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Cúram Developer, including full lifecycle from requirements through testing.
• Cúram V6 (or higher) Certified Developer status.
• 5+ years with Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and CERT.
• 5+ years with Cúram Eligibility determination, Dynamic Evidences, Decision Assist, and Batch framework.
• 5+ years technical knowledge in Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL.
• 5+ years with Oracle database platforms and tools.
• 5+ years with Eclipse, IBM WebSphere, HTML, CSS, and Web Services standards (SOAP/WSDL).
• 5+ years developing User Interfaces using React.js.
• 5+ years using MS Office, Visio, and JIRA for technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years with government IT functions.
• 3+ years with Modeling, Customization, Dynamic UIMs, and VIMs.
