Description

You will own the design and development of NC FAST implementation tasks alongside Senior Technical Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and detailed requirement development, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Execute code development and functional design for Cúram implementation.
• Perform business and workflow process modeling and reengineering using Cúram.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including testing and technical documentation.
• Report project statuses to the Project Manager and adhere to established policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Cúram Developer.
• Cúram V6 Certified Developer status.
• Experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework Components and Cúram Solution Modules.
• Proficiency in Java, J2SE, and J2EE.
• Hands-on work with Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2) and Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
• Experience with Oracle database platforms, Subversion, and IBM WebSphere.
• Technical knowledge of Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL).
• Experience with XML and XSL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Cúram Child Care Module.
• Experience with state government IT functions and social enterprise management.
