Lead the creative team and brand direction from the Pune office.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain high standards for all creative output across the brand team.
• Strategize creative concepts and workflows to optimize team performance.
• Direct and create custom visuals for campaigns, mailers, and events.
• Oversee hiring, team development, and creative culture.
• Concept beyond standard project parameters to elevate partner and employee experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design skill sets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced typography skills.
• Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong file management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail regarding accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
