You will lead the creative team and drive the development of design solutions across multiple mediums.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure excellence in design execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a creative role with a proven track record of managing design teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Expertise in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across diverse mediums and styles.
• Ability to translate business objectives into strategic creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design concepts.
• Experience managing competing priorities and project timelines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate team members.
