Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Develop engaging creative concepts and oversee their execution across multiple mediums.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals.
• Mentor team members and provide creative guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective resource allocation and deadline adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across various mediums.
• Proven expertise in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Communications.
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
