Description

You will develop visual concepts for marketing materials, digital advertising, and event branding, owning the creative execution from concept to final delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual ideas for web pages, sales collateral, presentation decks, and digital advertising.
• Manage brand consistency across all media campaigns and deliverables.
• Execute creative assets for annual conferences, including brand identity, signage, and website layouts.
• Review and approve creative materials to ensure brand appropriateness before launch.
• Provide graphic updates to the web designer for TNECD.com as required.

Required Skills

• Professional experience in logo design, typography, and web layout design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience with print production and photography retouching.
• Proven ability to design PowerPoint templates.
• Demonstrated experience with campaign execution via an online portfolio.
• Degree in graphic design or 3+ years of professional experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in-person at the Tennessee Tower at least 4 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
