Responsibilities
Concept and develop visually compelling user experiences for web pages, sales collateral, presentation decks, digital advertising, newsletters, and event materials.
Manage the overall visual aspects of advertising and media campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency by reviewing and approving all creative materials before launch.
Execute creative materials for annual conferences, including brand identity, website layout, signage, and agenda design.
Provide graphic material updates to the web designer for TNECD.com.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
Experience with Adobe After Effects.
Ability to design website layouts and digital assets.
Experience designing signage and event-specific materials like agendas.
Proven ability to manage brand identity and visual consistency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
Experience in state design and large-scale event branding.
