You lead creative deliverables for a specified workstream, managing project phases and driving business results.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review creative workstreams through all project phases.
• Oversee and create design deliverables including comps, style guides, branding, briefs, graphics, and layouts.
• Contribute to architecture-focused deliverables such as information architecture, taxonomy, and content structures.
• Manage the direction and coordination of off-shore resources for project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant design experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing people or teams.
• Expertise in visual design, UI design principles, layouts, graphics development, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies.
• Experience in digital design, web, and mobile development within an enterprise environment.
• Ability to design specifically for mobile layouts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expert design principles and solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Capability to articulate technical feasibility and communicate design specifications to developers.
