Lead the creative team in developing and executing advertising campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming, concept development, and execution of advertising campaigns.
• Present creative ideas to clients while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Oversee the full creative process from initial concept to final delivery.
• Manage and mentor junior creatives to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with account managers and media specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in advertising with a track record of leading creative teams.
• In-depth understanding of the QSR industry and its marketing dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear creative narratives.
• Strong conceptual thinking and presentation skills.
• Experience developing campaigns across various media channels.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaign touchpoints.
• Experience working with major brands.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Illustrator.
