You will direct creative workstreams and oversee design deliverables for complex projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review creative workstreams to ensure high-quality design output.
• Create and oversee design deliverables including comps, style guides, branding, and layouts.
• Develop wireframes and translate them into high-fidelity mockups through iterative client sessions.
• Contribute to architecture-focused deliverables such as information architecture and content structures.
• Ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and iterated expeditiously with clients.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant design experience.
• Expertise in visual design, UI design principles, layouts, graphics, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies.
• Experience designing customer-facing websites for retail clients.
• Ability to articulate the technical feasibility of design solutions.
• Experience communicating design specifications to technical developers for successful handoff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for mobile web and mobile applications.
