Description

You will manage credit card dispute processes and fraud investigations onsite in San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit card disputes to identify potential fraud or errors.
• Investigate transaction patterns to identify fraudulent activity.
• Execute fraud detection and prevention protocols to mitigate financial risk.
• Apply Reg Z regulations to ensure compliance during the dispute lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in fraud analysis or dispute management.
• Deep knowledge of Credit Card Fraud Prevention techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Credit Cards and transaction processing.
• Expertise in Fraud Detection methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Reg Z compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
