Description

You will lead the delivery of mission-critical airline operations products through expert management and operational oversight.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a diverse team of technical and business consultants, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Conduct project reviews and provide strategic guidance to ensure on-time, on-budget deployment.
• Define and standardize best practices and methodologies for product implementation across engagements.
• Work with client stakeholders to manage expectations and negotiate project scope changes.
• Identify and manage delivery portfolio risks, developing necessary mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Product Delivery.
• 3+ years in a management role overseeing delivery teams.
• Deep practical understanding of airline operations, specifically in Crew Management or Flight Planning.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex enterprise software implementations ($1M+ revenue).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing dispersed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a related technical or business field.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise software from vendors like CAE, Sabre, or Jeppesen.
