Description

You will lead data research, statistical reporting, and test data management for the Criminal and Rap Back Information System (CRIS) project.

Responsibilities

• Lead two functional teams comprising test data and Microsoft Power BI report development.
• Manage extraction, scrubbing, and pre-positioning of test data aligned with test plans and interface testing.
• Research, document, and develop Power BI reports based on stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate test data management with the Information Security Officer and manage security access and user profiles.
• Collaborate with suppliers and interface partners to analyze functional and nonfunctional system requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in complex data analysis and statistical reporting.
• Extensive experience developing Power BI reports.
• Proven experience developing system test plans and managing test data environments.
• Experience implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical internal customers.
• Experience managing security access and user profile management.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on criminal justice projects.
