Description

You will lead the development and implementation of crisis services in South Dakota, including 988, mobile crisis, and virtual crisis care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct day-to-day project activities with contracted vendors in partnership with the Division of Behavioral Health.
• Oversee project timeline management and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate project meetings and data collection activities.
• Complete required federal reports.
• Conduct project evaluations to identify strengths and service gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or evaluation services.
• Subject matter knowledge of the Crisis Now model.
• Knowledge of current crisis service delivery in South Dakota.
• Experience managing technical assistance and needs assessments for crisis services.
• Ability to manage regional facility implementation projects.
• Experience with federal reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with the DSS Division.
