Description

Lead the development and implementation of crisis services across South Dakota, covering 988, mobile crisis, and virtual care.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities with contracted vendors in partnership with the Division of Behavioral Health.
• Oversee project timelines and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate project meetings and data collection activities.
• Complete required federal reports and conduct evaluations to identify service gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or evaluation services.
• Subject matter knowledge of the Crisis Now model.
• Knowledge of current crisis service delivery in South Dakota.
• Experience managing technical assistance and needs assessments for crisis services.
• Ability to manage regional facility implementation projects.
• Experience with federal reporting requirements.
