Description

You will manage the development and implementation of crisis services in South Dakota, including 988, mobile crisis, virtual crisis care, and regional facilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities with contracted vendors in partnership with the Division of Behavioral Health.
• Oversee project timeline management and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate project meetings and data collection activities.
• Complete required federal reports and conduct project evaluations to identify strengths and gaps in service delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or evaluation services.
• Subject matter knowledge of the Crisis Now model.
• Knowledge of current crisis service delivery in South Dakota.
• Experience coordinating project meetings and managing data collection activities.
• Ability to perform technical assistance and needs assessments for crisis services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with federal reporting requirements for behavioral health programs.
