Description

You will lead the setup and operational execution of the OnePOC Operations Center using an SRE-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage OnePOC dashboards using Grafana, ELK, NetBrain, SevOne, AppD, and ServiceNow ITOM to ensure full-stack observability.
• Reduce TAT metrics including MTTD, MTTI, MTTr, and MTTR through proactive anomaly remediation and narrative insights.
• Implement automation bots and conversational AI to minimize manual intervention in incident response.
• Collaborate with Compute, Cloud, and Network teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Partner with tools teams to optimize monitoring coverage and achieve zero reactive MIMs by capturing proactive incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in incident management or operations.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Grafana, ELK, NetBrain, SevOne, and AppD.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and service mapping.
• Strong understanding of Event Management and Correlation concepts.
• Expertise in managing MTTD, MTTI, MTTr, and MTTR metrics.
• Ability to analyze telemetry data, metrics, and logs for proactive incident detection.
• Graduate degree in any field.
