Description

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Oracle Service Cloud and the ability to coordinate medium-sized projects efficiently.
 

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in CRM Administration (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Excellent communication, organizational & analytical skills
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, etc.)
