You will manage the end-to-end requirement lifecycle for a new software platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development.
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future-state workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory Dynamics certification.
• Experience identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency improvements.
• Ability to work closely with developers, architects, and testers.
• Degree holder (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certification.
