You will analyze business systems and user needs to ensure technology aligns with overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Triage user requests and tickets, assigning priority and severity while communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain the CRM inbox and draft communications regarding system changes, process upgrades, and timelines.
• Prepare solution options, risk identifications, and financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build evaluations.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for reporting, data warehouse work, and program modifications.
• Collaborate with IT and business project teams to define reporting requirements and manage end-user reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or CRM support.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience performing cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build analyses.
• Ability to document functional and technical specifications.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience assisting with RFP development and data warehouse requirements.
