Description

Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design functional solutions and estimate effort for D365 technical functions.
• Configure Flows, workflows, process builds, and sales maps.
• Manage user experience, including onboarding, licensing, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Perform back-end administration, data imports/exports, and automation tasks.
• Coordinate with technical teams regarding Microsoft service outages and feature releases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in CRM business analysis or administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365.
• Proficiency in configuring user security within an O365 environment.
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
• Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
• Experience with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to design, configure, and implement complex business solutions.
