Description

You optimize CRM functionality by bridging business units and technical systems. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in Business Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to develop collaborative analysis and documentation.
• Evaluate and communicate system requirements while maintaining processes and delivering monthly status reports.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize effectiveness.
• Provide research and recommendations to managers and executives to support optimized systems integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems into manageable components.
• Proven ability to document and present technical problems and solutions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with production, managerial, and executive teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP (Service Contracts, Field Service, Install Base).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Experience managing projects, user testing, and data visualization.
