Description

You will design and implement scalable CRM and data integration solutions, leading migrations from Dynamics 365 to Salesforce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end CRM migrations and transitions from Dynamics 365 to Salesforce.
• Design and manage ETL pipelines using Talend, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Python/PySpark.
• Develop integrations between CRM systems and external applications via APIs.
• Build complex reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
• Lead technical teams, manage offshore coordination, and oversee release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM and data integration architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Apex, triggers, batch processes, and APIs.
• Proficiency in ETL tools: Talend, SSIS, and KingswaySoft.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and PySpark.
• Experience with large datasets using Big Data tools like Hive and HDFS.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and Power BI.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
