Description

You will design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions.
• Design and configure custom solutions using Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Develop and maintain data models, entities, workflows, and business rules within the CRM system.
• Integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and data sources.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure configuration quality.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM solutions using Power Apps.
• Experience with Power Pages and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and CRM concepts.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations and data migration techniques.
• Ability to map business processes to technical workflows.
• Graduate degree in any field.
