Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, from initial design through to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to support business processes.
• Build and enhance automated workflows, templates, and user dashboards.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs, including HR or financial platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to articulate and implement technical solutions.
• Improve UI/UX and reporting capabilities within the CRM environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, development, and integration.
• Experience building workflows for employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding or budgeting.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to design and deploy custom modules and integrated systems.
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale or public sector environments.
