Translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 solutions.

You will design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Create and manage solution components, including managed/unmanaged solutions, publishers, and versioning.
• Customize CRM forms, views, charts, dashboards, and themes.
• Configure entity properties, field customizations, calculated fields, rollup fields, and field-level security.
• Provide technical documentation and system training for business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience managing Dynamics CRM entities and properties.
• Ability to create and enable business process flows.
• Experience implementing workflows, dialogs, and custom actions.
• Proficiency in configuring business rules and conditional branching.
• Knowledge of entity mapping and connection roles.
• Experience with solution import/export and component management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing entity relationships, cascading rules, and hierarchical data structures.
