You will design, configure, and maintain CRM applications and integrations to support organizational needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support CRM applications including Slate, Raiser's Edge, EAB Navigate, and Salesforce.
• Build and manage integrations between multiple internal and third-party systems.
• Document technical requirements, software specifications, process workflows, and user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues, responding to service outages and incidents.
• Implement application security controls and adhere to established enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with CRM applications and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Slate and Salesforce.
• Experience managing complex system integrations.
