Description

You will design, build, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to CI/CD deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes, plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
• Develop Dynamics Self-service Portals and integrate multiple Dynamics instances for case management and SharePoint knowledge management.
• Configure data segregation and cross-business unit access/roles for multiple business units.
• Build automation using Power Automate and Power Apps, and develop applications for Azure publishing.
• Maintain technical documentation and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Hub, and Unified Client Interface.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON, and jQuery.
• Experience with Model-driven apps, Client API form context, and custom SSRS reports.
• Skill in managing high volumes of case and email records.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile/Scrum workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and AI-driven analytics.
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
